Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curricula that foster holistic development in young children.
Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest early years education methodologies.
Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and involvement in school activities.
Facilitate collaborative play and group activities that enhance teamwork and interpersonal skills among students. Ensure the classroom meets health and safety standards while creating an inviting and stimulating space.
Incorporate technology in the classroom to enhance learning experiences and prepare children for the digital age.
Support children with diverse learning needs and backgrounds, providing individualized attention as necessary.
Lead staff meetings and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Have experience in British Curriculum
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on teaching experience in early years settings to ensure practical expertise.
Native English proficiency or bilingual capabilities to enhance communication with diverse student populations.
Strong understanding of child development theories and how they apply to early years education.
Effective classroom management skills to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with students, parents, and colleagues alike.
Ability to design and implement creative lesson plans that engage and inspire young learners.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to respond to the dynamic needs of young children.
Passion for fostering a love of learning and play in early childhood settings.
Candidates residing in the UAE on residence visa are considered on priority.
