Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where all children feel valued
- Support children s development across all areas of learning, including communication, language, physical, personal, social, and emotional development
- Use observations and assessments to monitor progress and inform next steps
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach across the Early Years team
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Maintain strong, open communication with parents and carers
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Education (B.Ed.) with specialisation in Early Years, or PGCE with QTS and EYFS experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching in an EYFS setting (UK preferred)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child-centred approaches to learning
- Creative, flexible, and nurturing teaching style
- Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- ADEK approval or eligibility is an advantage
- ECTs are welcome to apply an induction programme is available (please note, the ECT programme is payable by the candidate)
