Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the manager
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and document them for follow-up
- Supervise cash handling, banking, and cash security procedures
- Prepare daily banking summaries and cash flow reports
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of service equipment
- Monitor service standards and guest experience in all in-room dining areas
- Control stock levels and enforce security protocols
- Train, coach, and schedule staff to ensure proper coverage
- Monitor minibars and ensure accurate replenishment
- Inspect storage areas and maintain proper FIFO usage
- Supervise outlet service operations and assist in other duties as required
