Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for F&B ATTENDANTS to join an amazing project coming to the UAE. First ever casino will be opening its doors in 2026.

Currently, we are recruiting teams for the staff accommodation.

Position: F&B Attendant Staff Accommodation Dining Service
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (110km north of Dubai)
Availability: July 2026
Interview Mode: Online interviews scheduled for February 2026

Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers with tray and dish delivery across dining areas
  • Clear and reset tables, clean dining equipment, and maintain service stations
  • Replenish cutlery, napkins, condiments, and monitor inventory levels
  • Support buffet line setup and beverage station organization
  • Ensure cleanliness of floors and dining areas throughout shifts
  • Deliver high-quality service to team members with warmth and professionalism
  • Respond to staff requests and report feedback to management
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and recycling protocols

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate or Higher
  • Hospitality qualification will be a great advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience from luxury hotels or upmarket restaurants
  • Fluent English, other languages will be an advantage
