Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. F&B Controls:

· To perform weekly spot checks at F&B various outlets and support the control function in the implementation of SOPs/Processes and highlight the deficiencies to the management for better decision making.

· Perform inventory checks at the outlets and keep updated the latest items’ costs and quantity in the Foodics.

· Prepare monthly reconciliations at all outlets between sales, inventory and wastage.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

· Provide monthly accurate financial insights related to the performance of outlets and their profitability.

· Prepare product costing for the new recipes at the F&B outlets and airlines.

· Prepare financial reports related to the cost split of the F&B outlets.

3. Inventory Management (Oracle)Financial Reporting and Analysis:

· Maintain the master database of all the inventory in warehouses in Oracle and Foodics.

· Update the pricing in the system.

· To get issues fixed related to any item in the Oracle inventory database.

· Prepare financial reports related to the cost split of the F&B outlets.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Daily collection of cash from the outlets.

· Collaborate with procurement, F&B sales, operations, and production teams streamline processes and ensure cascading of strategies with business objectives.

Close liaison with the QA Team and monitor the wastages at the F&B terminals

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an additive.

· 3 years of experience in cost analysis, pricing, or financial analysis, preferably in the aviation or catering industry.

· Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, pricing strategies, and financial analysis techniques.

· Familiarity with food industry supply chains and cost structures is desirable.

· Proficiency in financial modeling, pricing tools, and Microsoft Excel.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information effectively.

· Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
