Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions:
Manage and organize the F&B activity while respecting the financial and quality objectives and the brand standards.
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and the group's internal procedures.
Supervise all department operations: production, service, hygiene, stock management, inventories, maintenance.
Develop and monitor the department's budget, analyze results (ratios, turnover, margins) and implement corrective actions if necessary.
Actively participate in the creation of menus, menus, promotional offers and tastings.
Ensure effective coordination with other departments of the establishment, in particular the sales and technical teams.
Lead, motivate and supervise the F&B teams. Ensure skills development, continuous training and staff evaluation.
Regularly propose innovative initiatives to optimize the department's performance.
be an ambassador for the establishment and maintain a close relationship with the clientele.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
Diploma in hotel management or equivalent.
Proven experience in a similar role in the hotel or high-end restaurant sector.
Strong management, leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in F&B management tools (POS software, dashboards, planning tools).
Excellent knowledge of HACCP standards.
Attention to detail, rigor, team spirit, customer and results orientation.
