Are you warm, welcoming, and passionate about creating memorable first impressions? We re looking for an F&B Hostess to be the face of our restaurant and ensure every guest receives a genuine and seamless welcome experience.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:

Greeting guests warmly upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, and ensuring they are comfortably seated.

Managing the restaurant s reservations system efficiently, handling walk-ins, and optimizing seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity.

Providing menus, explaining specials, and assisting guests with basic inquiries about food & beverage offerings.

Coordinating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Maintaining a clean and organized reception/hostess desk and entrance area.

Monitoring guest flow and wait times while keeping a calm and professional demeanor during busy periods.

Handling guest requests, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and escalating when necessary.

Supporting restaurant promotions and upselling special events or offers when appropriate.

Upholding grooming standards and brand presentation at all times as the first point of contact.

What we need from you:

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or cruise line is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally welcoming personality.

Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
