The F&B Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized dining experience. She is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations while upholding the restaurant s service standards and brand image. Willing to Relocate to the Sultanate Of Oman.


1 - Key Responsibilities


- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them when leaving

- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently

- Escort guests to their tables and present menus

- Coordinate table turnover with the service team

- Communicate guest preferences or special requests to servers

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting area

- Handle guest inquiries, basic complaints, and seating issues professionally

- Support the service team during peak hours



2 - Qualifications & Requirements


- Previous experience as a Hostess or in F&B / hospitality (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Friendly, professional, and well-presented appearance

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Basic English required; Arabic is a plus

- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
