Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative menu strategies, considering seasonal trends, dietary preferences, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage and control budgets, inventory, and cost-of-sales to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field to establish a strong foundational knowledge.
- Holds relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the F&B industry, showcasing practical expertise.
- Exhibits a proven track record of successful F&B management, with experience in a high-volume establishment.
