Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing F&B team across multiple outlets

Drive innovation in menu design, service delivery, and guest engagement

Ensure compliance with international standards and brand expectations

Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs

Uphold the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in hospitality management or a related field

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an F&B Manager or in senior-level roles
  • Mandatory: Proven track record in 5-star hotel F&B operations
  • Demonstrated success in luxury hospitality environments
  • Strong leadership, team development, and guest service orientation
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise
