Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and manage the F&B team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop menus, promotions, and concepts in collaboration with the Executive Chef and management.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all outlets.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and ensure consistent satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for events, banquets, and special functions.
  • Implement SOPs, ensure compliance, and optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Prepare periodic reports and contribute to strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of F&B management experience, preferably in 5-star hotels or luxury brands.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism and guest-service mindset.
