Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the F&B team to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop menus, promotions, and concepts in collaboration with the Executive Chef and management.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all outlets.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and ensure consistent satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for events, banquets, and special functions.
- Implement SOPs, ensure compliance, and optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports and contribute to strategic planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5+ years of F&B management experience, preferably in 5-star hotels or luxury brands.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism and guest-service mindset.
