Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our coffee shop in Beirut. If you have a passion for coffee, strong leadership skills, and a drive for excellence, we d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations (front & back of house)
- Lead, train, and manage baristas and service staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
- Monitor sales, costs, and overall performance
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and stock control
- Maintain high standards in coffee quality, hygiene, and service
- Handle customer feedback and improve guest experience
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in F&B (coffee shop experience is a must)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of coffee preparation and caf operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (Arabic & English required)
