Job Description

As an F&B Service Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage services to our clients. This position requires an individual with a comprehensive understanding of culinary arts and beverage operations, coupled with outstanding customer service skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various food and beverage outlets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your goal will be to enhance guest satisfaction by training and guiding your team towards excellence in service delivery. This role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to achieving operational objectives, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Train, guide, and supervise F&B staff to provide exceptional service standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and supervise the setup and takedown of events and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Promote a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration and morale.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.
