Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure personalized and high-quality service for VIP guests
Welcome and assist VIP guests during dining
Coordinate with kitchen and service team for special requests
Ensure privacy, comfort, and quick service
Handle VIP guest feedback and resolve concerns immediately
Maintain high service standards and presentation
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Experience & Background
Minimum 3–5 years in F&B service, preferably in hotels or luxury restaurants
Experience in VIP or fine dining service is highly preferred
Familiarity with hotel operations and service standards
2. Skills & Competencies
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage and train staff
Good coordination with kitchen and other departments
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards
Ability to handle VIP guests and resolve complaints tactfully
3. Personal Attributes
Professional appearance and demeanor
Calm under pressure, organized, and proactive
High attention to detail and guest satisfaction
