Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the buffet and ensure proper setup as per hotel standards
Lead and coordinate the service team to deliver high-quality guest experiences
Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with relevant departments for stock control and replenishment
Assist in lobby operations when needed to ensure smooth guest flow and service continuity
Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to service standards
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained
Support in scheduling, task allocation, and team briefings
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within hotels or hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
