Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:
Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency
In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
Control stock and monitor Equipment and ensure correct use of equipment as per standards.
What We need from you:
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, and related fields
4+ years related experience, including management experience
Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
