F&B Supervisor - Seasonal Vacancy

We are seeking a proactive and hospitality-driven Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to lead our resort s F&B team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across our restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support frontline teams during high-volume services.

Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of all dining areas and bars.

Resolve guest complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.

Assist the Floor Manager with scheduling, labor management, and payroll to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

Train, mentor, and coach new and existing team members on F&B protocols, upselling, and guest service.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive working environment.

Handle cash handling procedures, open/closing checklists, and shift reports according to company policy.

Collaborate with the culinary team and event/sales coordinators for seamless banquet execution.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Promote a safe work environment by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance issues immediately.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Experience: Experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
