Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job requirements:
• Hours with regard to the opening of language courses (after 7 p.m. and Saturdays in particular)
• Work required on Sundays according to the needs of the service.
• Classes are held in different locations around the city.
Context of the Institute:
• 4,000 registered members (all audiences) year-round.
• Intramural and extramural courses.
• 90 temporary teachers.
• 1 pedagogical coordinator.
Profile:
Education:
✓ Bac +4/+5 in French as a foreign language strongly recommended or DAEFLE or equivalent diploma with confirmed experience.
✓ Valid
DELF/DALF examiner-corrector accreditation All references are subject to verification
Experience:
• 2 years minimum in teaching FLE/S, FOS or similar experience.
• Taking on administrative tasks within an alliance, an institute or a language school would be a plus.
Know-how:
• Mobility is essential on all teaching sites and within companies.
• Assessment of the expectations and needs of the public concerned.
• Mastery of educational tools adapted to the audiences concerned.
• Mastery of information technologies and their integration into educational production.
• Aptitude for pedagogical innovation (monitoring, monitoring, experience).
• Implementation of team projects.
Desired knowledge:
• Knowledge of ICT.
• Very good general culture.
• Proven competence in FLE and FOS pedagogy.
• Perfect command of the French language (spoken, read, written) essential.
• Proficiency in common office tools.
• Good knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
• Very good knowledge of the professional environment of companies.
