Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and manage fa ade BIM models in alignment with project requirements and BIM execution plans.

Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless model integration and design coordination.

Prepare and review detailed fa ade drawings and construction documentation.

Ensure all models and deliverables comply with relevant standards and company BIM protocols.

Support design teams by providing technical BIM input and maintaining model accuracy throughout project stages.

Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Structural, or Civil Engineering.

5 8 years of experience in fa ade design and BIM modeling within the construction or engineering industry.

Strong proficiency in Revit and other BIM-related tools.

Familiarity with international building codes, fa ade systems, and materials.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
