Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop detailed fa ade design and fabrication models using Revit and related BIM tools.
Coordinate fa ade geometry, system interfaces, and material definitions in alignment with architectural and structural models.
Produce detailed fa ade drawings, schedules, and 3D visualizations for shop drawings, and fabrication stages.
Implement and maintain BIM standards and model structures in line with company templates.
Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings with clients and project teams
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed fa ade design and fabrication models using Revit and related BIM tools.
Coordinate fa ade geometry, system interfaces, and material definitions in alignment with architectural and structural models.
Produce detailed fa ade drawings, schedules, and 3D visualizations for shop drawings, and fabrication stages.
Implement and maintain BIM standards and model structures in line with company templates.
Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings with clients and project teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in fa ade engineering.
Strong understanding of international fa ade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, windows, skylights, and interface detailing.
Strong ability to prepare shop drawings, material take offs, fabrication drawings, and installation details with precision and clarity.
Strong skills in technical coordination with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to resolve clashes.
Knowledge of fabrication methods and site installation sequences for aluminum and glass fa ade.
Proven track record in fa ade BIM projects at LOD PHONE_NUMBER.
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and BIM coordination.
Ability to create and manage Revit families for fa ade profiles, gaskets, and components.
Understanding of BIM execution plans (BEPs), model coordination processes, and LOD definitions.
Experience with Dynamo, and Navisworks for coordination and automation workflows.
Familiarity with parametric modelling tools (Grasshopper/Rhino) is a strong asset.
Personal Attributes:
Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
