Roles & Responsibilities

FA ADE QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) MANAGER : Professional Experience: Over 5 years of specialized experience in fa ade engineering. Over 10 years of leadership experience in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management within complex Aluminum and Glass Facade Industries. Commercial & Cost Leadership: Strategic oversight of project cost planning, budget control, and cash flow management. Proven expertise in high-value cost estimation, financial forecasting, and commercial performance optimization. Contract & Procurement Management: Extensive experience in tender strategy development, contract administration, and subcontractor governance. Strong capability in managing contractual obligations, claims, variations, and negotiations. Risk & Governance: Demonstrated leadership in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating commercial, financial, and contractual risks. Ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. Education: Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or a related construction management discipline.
