Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and optimize fabrication processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to resolve fabrication issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
Oversee the selection and procurement of appropriate materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Maintain production schedule, coordinating with related subcontractors and managing the manpower.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundational knowledge.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in fabrication engineering within manufacturing or construction sectors.
Experience in secondary steel fabrication, showcasing hands-on skills in advanced fabrication techniques.
