Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, understanding their fabrication needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough technical assessments of customer requirements, translating them into detailed fabrication specifications and proposals.
  • Develop and present compelling sales presentations and technical demonstrations, showcasing the company's fabrication capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fabrication sales or a related technical sales role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of various fabrication processes, including welding, machining, and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Exhibits proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
