Join UTEC as a Fabrication Supervisor!
Location: [Riyadh] 2nd Industrial City | Full-Time
UTEC is looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead our fabrication team, ensure top-quality production, and drive efficiency across operations. If you’re a hands-on leader passionate about safety, quality, and team development, we want you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the fabrication team.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality production.
- Monitor costs and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain SOPs & Job Safety Analyses.
- Drive continuous improvement and team growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven fabrication/manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices.
- 5-7 years minimum experience in supervisory level in manufacturing environment
