Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and isometric sketches. Perform fitting and assembly of structural steel and piping components. Carry out marking, cutting, grinding, and alignment of materials. Ensure proper fit-up prior to welding activities. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately. Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and QA/QC teams. Follow offshore safety procedures and permit-to-work systems. Maintain housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a fabrication fitter, preferably in offshore EPC projects. Strong knowledge of structural and piping fabrication. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with offshore safety standards and practices. Physically fit and able to work in offshore conditions.

ITI / Technical certification in fabrication or mechanical trade. Experience in shipyards, oil & gas, or offshore platforms. Basic rigging knowledge is an advantage.
