Role & responsibilities

• Fabricate pipes and structures according to design specifications using various materials such as carbon steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, and structural fabrication techniques.
• Conduct welding operations on pipes and structures following WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) guidelines.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure accurate fabrication of structural components.
• Perform quality control checks during fabrication process to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.

• Read and interpret piping isometric drawings and fabrication sketches.
• Measure, cut, bevel, and fit pipes using appropriate tools and machinery.
• Perform pipe alignment, layout marking, and joint preparation before welding.
• Assemble pipe sections, fittings, valves, and flanges as per specifications.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance compliance during fabrication.
• Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and QA/QC inspectors during work execution.
• Conduct visual inspection of fabricated piping components.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and fabrication area in good condition.
• Follow safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
