Roles & Responsibilities

We are Hiring:


Fabricator – Ready Mix Plant


We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Fabricator to join our Ready Mix Plant team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication experience and a solid background in plant maintenance.


Key Responsibilities:

1- Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain plant equipment.

2-Identify root causes of equipment failures and report to the supervisor.

3-Dismantle and reassemble machinery using hoists, forklifts, cranes, and hand tools.

4-Inspect equipment parts for wear and damage and recommend solutions.

5-Perform welding on stationary and mobile equipment, including structural components.

6-Fabricate items such as liners, chutes, pipes, tables, and mounts.

7-Test equipment after maintenance to ensure proper operation.

8-Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance.

9-Maintain inventory and ensure proper care of assigned tools and vehicles.

10-Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

11- Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

1-High School Diploma (Diploma in a relevant field preferred).

2-Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication and welding.

3-Experience in batching plant maintenance is required.

4-GCC experience is required.
