Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Clean exterior building façades, glass, cladding, and windows.
- Use rope access, suspended cradles, BMUs, or MEWPs to reach high areas.
- Perform manual cleaning using squeegees, scrapers, and water-fed poles.
- Remove dirt, stains, debris, and pollutants from surfaces.
- Follow all work-at-height safety protocols and HSE procedures.
- Inspect ropes, harnesses, cradles, and safety equipment before use.
- Set up barricades and warning signs to ensure public safety below.
- Operate pressure washers and other cleaning tools safely.
- Report any façade damage, loose panels, or cracks to supervisors.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report malfunctions.
- Complete daily tasks, checklists, and job reports accurately.
- Coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and facility teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Previous experience in façade cleaning, high-rise cleaning, or window cleaning.
- Iratta Certified
- Certifications (preferred): IRATA Level 1/2, MEWP operator license, Work-at-Height training.
- Physical fitness: Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
- Technical skills: Proficient in rope access, suspended cradle operation, BMU, and cleaning equipment use.
- Safety awareness: Strong understanding of fall protection, PPE use, and HSE compliance.
- Soft skills: Good teamwork, communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Attitude: Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and committed to quality cleaning standards.
