Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Facade designer with a strong background in high-rise construction within a consultancy environment in the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in facade design, coupled with significant experience in design work.


  • Facade Design: Lead the design of facade systems for high-rise buildings, ensuring they align with aesthetic,

    functional, and sustainability goals. Utilize advanced design software to create detailed and innovative facade designs.

  • Technical Analysis: Conduct thermal performance analysis of facade systems,

    ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines,

    budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate project success.

  • Documentation Review: Critically review documentation and design proposals from Architect consultants in concept design to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.

    Provide constructive feedback and recommendations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, design architects, engineers

  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

    Present design concepts and technical solutions in a clear and engaging manner.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in design facade within a consultancy environment,

    with a proven track record of working on high-rise design projects in the Middle East.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in facade design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp) and analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).

    Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and materials.

  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with clients, design architects,

    and engineers to achieve project goals and produce high-quality outcomes.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and creatively to address complex design challenges while focusing on client objectives and project goals.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, fostering positive working relationships.
