Facade Design Team Leader

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Team Leader – Design to join our Facades team. In this role, you will take ownership of both concept and detailed design stages for façade systems, including curtain walls, windows, doors, and ACP cladding. You will lead projects ensuring technical accuracy, standardization, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality concept drawings for façade systems such as curtain walls, windows, doors, and ACP cladding.
• Develop detailed shop drawings for manufacturing and installation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Lead internal coordination with estimation, production, and project teams, as well as external coordination with clients, architects, consultants, and suppliers.
• Drive system standardization and participate in system development and die development processes to optimize design efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in fabrication drawings to support seamless production and installation workflows.
• Proficiently use design tools such as AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Autodesk Inventor, or equivalent 3D design software for design development and visualization.
• Review and ensure design compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
