Job Description:
The Designer - Projects is responsible for executing detailed designs for assigned projects. This role involves collaborating with senior designers, technical teams, and project managers to ensure that design solutions meet project specifications, client expectations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with senior designers and technical teams to ensure design solutions meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of design reports and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Design Execution and Quality
   KPI: Ensure 100% alignment of designs with project specifications.
   KPI: Deliver 90% of design outputs on time and within budget.
2. Collaboration and Communication
   KPI: Achieve 90% or higher satisfaction score from senior designers and project managers for collaboration efforts.
   KPI: Ensure 100% of design changes are communicated to relevant teams within 24 hours.
3. Schedules and Deadlines
   KPI: Ensure 100% adherence to project schedules for design deliverables.
   KPI: Resolve 85% of design-related issues within 72 hours.
