Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural drawings and specifications meticulously to identify facade material quantities and complexities.
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for facade systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring all project requirements are addressed and costs are competitive.
- Conduct thorough value engineering analysis to optimize facade designs while maintaining performance and aesthetics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Holds relevant certifications such as AACE International's Certified Cost Professional (CCP) is a plus.
Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in facade estimation or a similar role within the construction industry.
Exhibits a strong understanding of various facade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
