Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis for facade materials and systems, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in bids.
  • Collaborate with architects and project managers to interpret design specifications and assess feasibility against cost estimates.
  • Prepare comprehensive take-offs and quantity surveys for various facade components, including glass, cladding, and structural elements.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and cost-effective recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, providing a solid foundation in technical principles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in facade estimation within the construction industry, showcasing proven expertise.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or similar, reflecting commitment to excellence in the field.
  • Prior experience working with high-rise buildings or complex facade systems, demonstrating ability to handle challenging projects.
