FACADE QA/QC ENGINEER FENCON MAZAMEER ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN L.L.C.

We are looking for an experienced candidate that has hands-on experience in quality assurance and control for construction projects involving curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, and other façade systems

• Develop and implement QA plans for aluminum and façade works on site.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality plans. Identify, document, and manage any non-conformities or quality issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for QA/QC compliance.
• Conduct material inspections, ensuring that all materials used on-site meet the project’s quality standards. Oversee and coordinate testing and inspection activities, including concrete tests, weld inspections, and soil tests.
• Review and approve QA/QC documentation from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure that all quality documentation is properly maintained and organized.
• Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, inspections, and tests such as Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Prepare and submit detailed QA/QC reports to the project management team.
• Coordinate with the project management team to address any quality-related issues promptly.
• Work closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Provide guidance and training to site staff on quality control procedures and standards.
• Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies during site inspections and audits.
• Ensure installations—including curtain walls, ACP cladding, structural glazing, and louvers—meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and over see site-based QA/QC personnel, if applicable.
