Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Facilities Attendant at Four Seasons Resort The Red Sea, you will support the Engineering and Facilities team in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of the resort s facilities. Your role is essential in ensuring that back-of-house areas, waste management locations, and service areas remain clean, safe, and well maintained.
You will be responsible for the proper collection, handling, and disposal of waste and recyclable materials across the resort, including public areas, operational departments, residential areas, and service locations. By ensuring that waste is handled efficiently and responsibly, you will help maintain the high standards of hygiene and environmental responsibility expected at Four Seasons.
In this role, you will also assist with maintaining refuse rooms, waste collection points, and recycling areas, ensuring that all facilities remain organized and compliant with health and safety standards. You will work closely with the Engineering and Housekeeping teams to ensure that service areas are maintained in excellent condition.
As part of the resort s sustainability initiatives, you will support waste segregation, recycling programs, and environmentally responsible practices, contributing to the overall sustainability vision of The Red Sea destination.
Area of Responsibility
Facilities and Engineering support areas including waste management rooms, service corridors, back-of-house areas, and operational facilities throughout the resort.
Knowledge and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in facilities, housekeeping, waste management, or similar roles preferred
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures
- Good physical ability to handle manual work and lifting
- Basic communication skills in English
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
