Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the operations of facilities services including cleaning, maintenance.

Monitor the condition of office equipment and systems, reporting any needs for repairs or replacements.

Supervising cleaning crews and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all the facilities.

Coordinate and supervise external vendors and service providers related to facilities management.

Keep inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.

Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, and other building systems.

Track and report on facilities-related budgets and expenditures.

Engage with employees to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement regarding workplace conditions and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in facilities coordination or management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance principles.

Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
