As a Facilities Engineer, you will oversee complex building systems and maintenance activities, implementing effective strategies for continuous improvement and cost efficiency. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, manage maintenance personnel, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements • Review and optimise maintenance programs (preventive, predictive, corrective). • Evaluate vendor contracts (cleaning, security, HVAC, etc.) for cost savings and performance. • Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime. • Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential safety hazards proactively. • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of facility layouts, equipment specifications, and maintenance records. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
