Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the facilities maintenance section, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all company properties and assets.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective task completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues related to safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding building codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to support facility-related projects, renovations, and expansions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and service contracts.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility reliability, sustainability, and employee satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and overseeing multiple facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work onsite and respond to facility emergencies as needed.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
