Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, ensuring optimal functionality and a safe environment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, scheduling regular inspections and repairs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and overseeing the performance of external service providers for services like landscaping, cleaning, and security.
  • Manage and monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring financial efficiency in facility operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of managing building systems and vendor relationships.
  • Experience within the [Industry - e.g., corporate, healthcare, manufacturing] sector is preferred.
