Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager with an architectural background to oversee the planning, maintenance, and optimization of our facilities. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, organizational skills, and stakeholder management to ensure our spaces are efficient, safe, and aligned with company standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, including procurement, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.Support the design, renovation, and improvement of office layouts and infrastructure, leveraging architectural knowledge.Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.Monitor budgets for facility operations, including repairs, upgrades, and utilities.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Coordinate space planning and workplace optimization projects to improve efficiency.Prepare regular reports on facility conditions, project progress, and vendor performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace needs (IT, HR, Security, etc.).RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Engineering.3+ years of experience in facility management, construction oversight, or workplace operations.Proven track record in managing vendors and contractors, including contract negotiations and performance follow-up.Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems).Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.Excellent organizational and project management skills.
