Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

  • Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with sustainability goals.
  • Lead and supervise facility management teams, including technicians, custodial staff, and contractors.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all electromechanical systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources for facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies and coordinate effective resolution of issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, building maintenance, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on-site and respond to facility emergencies as needed.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
