Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Operation and maintenance

  • Supervise technical and general services, including MEP systems, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, security, catering, etc.
  • Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executed effectively.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to manage breakdowns and emergency situations.

Budgetary and cost control

  • Prepare and manage the budgets for each site.
  • Mastering operational costs and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Review and approve maintenance and service invoices.

Compliance and security

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits.
  • Ensure follow-up of corrective measures in case of non-compliance or security incidents.

Supplier and subcontractor management

  • Supervise third-party service providers and subcontractors.
  • Manage service contracts and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Site management

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
  • Maintain up-to-date reports on the condition of facilities and performance dashboards.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact for site-related escalations.

Relationships with clients and stakeholders involve

  • Maintain close communication with clients, owners, and internal teams.
  • Respond quickly to customer requests and resolve service issues.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to stakeholders.

Continuous improvement

  • Implement best practices and innovations in facility operation.
  • To lead initiatives in energy efficiency and sustainable development across all sites.
  • Train on-site teams and develop standard operating procedures.


Desired Candidate Profile

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing multi-site facilities (including supplier supervision).
  • Experience with CAFM systems is an asset.
