Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall maintenance and engineering operations of our facilities in the MENA region. This includes developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing a team of technicians, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
- 2+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics
- 5+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience
