Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the department’s operations to ensure implementation in line with the approved governance framework, policies, and procedures. Prepare required periodic internal and external reports, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with the concerned entities. Lead the implementation of change management initiatives within the department and oversee the achievement of their objectives. Identify proactive professional development opportunities and enhance technical capabilities in line with the department’s work requirements. Supervise renovation or upgrade projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality of implementation in line with requirements. Identify the department’s technical needs and work to fulfil them by adopting effective and economically viable solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Plan maintenance activities for facilities and equipment, manage annual maintenance contracts, and monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Handle the renewal of lease contracts and maintain documentation to ensure continuity of use.
