The Facilities Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that all facility operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functioning of the physical aspects of a facility. The Facilities Supervisor collaborates with different departments to ensure that the work environment is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity. This role requires a proactive approach to facilities management, including regular inspections and the development of maintenance plans. The Facilities Supervisor must possess strong leadership skills to manage a team of facility staff and interface with contractors or vendors. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities of the facility site.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to avoid disruptions.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop contingency plans to address emergency situations swiftly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility repair and upgrade projects.

• Communicate with department heads to assess and prioritize facility needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a facilities supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and reduce operational costs effectively.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
