Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Emirates Group Facilities Management team, supports our extensive commercial hotels and residential property portfolios. Their aim is to constantly improve customer satisfaction and happiness through dedicated and quality service.
Responsible for supporting back office services, responding to queries in line with company policy. Deliver a high standard of customer services to maintenance and accommodation related inquiries received through phone calls and walk-ins.
In this role, you will:

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support, ensuring smooth delivery of accommodation services and timely resolution of employee queries

Coordinate sustainability initiatives by monitoring energy and water usage, supporting waste-reduction and recycling efforts, and partnering with relevant teams to improve environmental performance
-
Assign and monitor contractor work for vacant unit preparation and maintenance, ensuring completion within agreed SLAs and service quality standards

Maintain accurate records and update systems such as Oracle, Bayti and Maximo for asset management, service requests, and housing allocation
-
Reconcile utilities and telecom bills, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely payment processing

Support staff housing processes including new joiner allocations, temporary accommodation requests, check-ins/check-outs and policy-related approvals

Respond to employee walk-ins and calls professionally, follow up on service complaints, and track service trends for continuous improvement

Prepare and process purchase requests, invoices and related documents while ensuring compliance with internal controls

Coordinate with contractors, internal departments and external service providers to resolve operational issues efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, highlighting risks and opportunities to strengthen service, efficiency and sustainability outcomes
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Facilities Management, MEP or HVAC Engineering

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within property or facilities management

Strong English communication skills and confident, professional telephone etiquette

Good understanding of Dubai s commercial property operations and maintenance practices
-
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Land Department (RERA) and related regulatory processes is an advantage
