Facilities Supervisor
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:
Facilities Management
Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Building Services
Construction Management
Health & Safety Certification (Preferred)
What You’ll Handle
Supervise multi-location facility operations
Manage AC, electrical, plumbing & generators
Lead preventive maintenance planning
Oversee cleaners & maintenance teams
Coordinate security & CCTV monitoring
Ensure full HSE & compliance standards
Vendor & contractor management
Weekly reporting & documentation
Desired Candidate Profile

Strong technical building systems knowledge
Leadership & team supervision skills
Vendor management expertise
Strong documentation & MS Excel skills
Fluent English (Gujarati preferred)
