Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance and technical operations across hard services (including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems) in close coordination with internal technicians and external vendors;
- Drive safety and compliance by ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards, leading emergency response plans, and managing evacuation drills and safety training certifications;
- Oversee site soft services and workplace experience, monitoring daily cleaning operations, security protocols, pest control, and waste management to ensure top-tier office appearance;
- Manage vendor relationships and service agreements, tracking SLA compliance and quality for specialised maintenance, transport/shuttle services, and facility contractors;
- Maintain administrative and inventory excellence, tracking soft service assets, handling stock thresholds, and delivering clear status reports to the Site and Facility Managers.

- Proficiency in English at a B2 level (CEFR);
- Proficiency in your Mother Tongue at a C2 level;
- Minimum studies: Technical diploma or university degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Hospitality, or a related field;
- Specific training and experience: 2 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, hard services, or supervising technical teams;
- Previous experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a similar facilities role (experience within the BPO sector is an asset);
- IT skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Apps, and professional email communication;
- Core competencies: Strong planning and organization, communication, focus on quality, adaptability, and analytical problem-solving;
- Positive attitude towards interpersonal dealings, service vocation, and the ability to remain motivated under pressure.
