Join Transcom as a Facilities Supervisor!
Be on the front line of operational excellence for our team and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Supervise daily maintenance and technical operations across hard services (including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems) in close coordination with internal technicians and external vendors;
  • Drive safety and compliance by ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards, leading emergency response plans, and managing evacuation drills and safety training certifications;
  • Oversee site soft services and workplace experience, monitoring daily cleaning operations, security protocols, pest control, and waste management to ensure top-tier office appearance;
  • Manage vendor relationships and service agreements, tracking SLA compliance and quality for specialised maintenance, transport/shuttle services, and facility contractors;
  • Maintain administrative and inventory excellence, tracking soft service assets, handling stock thresholds, and delivering clear status reports to the Site and Facility Managers.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level (CEFR);
  • Proficiency in your Mother Tongue at a C2 level;
  • Minimum studies: Technical diploma or university degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Hospitality, or a related field;
  • Specific training and experience: 2 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, hard services, or supervising technical teams;
  • Previous experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a similar facilities role (experience within the BPO sector is an asset);
  • IT skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Apps, and professional email communication;
  • Core competencies: Strong planning and organization, communication, focus on quality, adaptability, and analytical problem-solving;
  • Positive attitude towards interpersonal dealings, service vocation, and the ability to remain motivated under pressure.
