Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Keeps tracking & records for different related statistics & Prepare necessary data & statistics for periodical reports

  • Coordinate the execution of all Business Service related requests and timely completion of requests to meet service levels.

  • Allocate work to the team of assistants and manage them effectively.

  • Receive & keep track of business service requests by maintaining a log of requests completed on time, backlog and reasons for delay

  • Follow up with customers to ensure backlog is pro-actively reduced

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement, showcasing a foundational level of education.

  • Relevant certifications in facilities management or related fields are highly desirable, demonstrating specialized knowledge.

  • Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred, indicating practical experience and industry understanding.

  • A minimum of4-6 years of experience in a facilities support role is preferred, showing practical application of skills.
