Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Keeps tracking & records for different related statistics & Prepare necessary data & statistics for periodical reports
Coordinate the execution of all Business Service related requests and timely completion of requests to meet service levels.
Allocate work to the team of assistants and manage them effectively.
Receive & keep track of business service requests by maintaining a log of requests completed on time, backlog and reasons for delay
Follow up with customers to ensure backlog is pro-actively reduced
Desired Candidate Profile
A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement, showcasing a foundational level of education.
Relevant certifications in facilities management or related fields are highly desirable, demonstrating specialized knowledge.
Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred, indicating practical experience and industry understanding.
A minimum of4-6 years of experience in a facilities support role is preferred, showing practical application of skills.
