Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure optimal functionality and tenant comfort.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and monitoring performance, to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement, proactively maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Coordinate space planning and office moves, ensuring minimal disruption and efficient use of space, supporting business growth and operational changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement, showcasing a foundational level of education.

  • Relevant certifications in facilities management or related fields are highly desirable, demonstrating specialized knowledge.

  • Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred, indicating practical experience and industry understanding.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a facilities support role is preferred, showing practical application of skills.
