Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure optimal functionality and tenant comfort.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and monitoring performance, to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement, proactively maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
- Coordinate space planning and office moves, ensuring minimal disruption and efficient use of space, supporting business growth and operational changes.
Desired Candidate Profile
A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement, showcasing a foundational level of education.
Relevant certifications in facilities management or related fields are highly desirable, demonstrating specialized knowledge.
Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred, indicating practical experience and industry understanding.
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a facilities support role is preferred, showing practical application of skills.
